Hey there, I’m Jo Stevens, and I’m not just the founder of Quirky Habits – I’m living proof that your quirks can be your greatest superpower!
You see, my own quirky emotional habits once held me back, but I’ve learned that with self-awareness and a dose of empowerment, you can transform them into incredible strengths.
My journey is all about embracing the power of connection, the magic of laughter, and the transformative force of mindfulness. These elements are at the core of everything I do. I have a passion for using my quirkiness to sprinkle laughter and joy into everyday life and, most importantly, to help others do the same.
So, are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and laughter? Let’s uncover your unique quirks and turn them into your greatest assets. Together, we’ll create a life filled with connection, laughter, and mindfulness, where your quirks shine like never before. Join me in this exciting adventure!
Connection, Laughter & Mindfulness
My life is driven by three powerful passions: Connection, Laughter, and Mindfulness.
I’m absolutely passionate about connection—it’s the heartbeat of my work and the foundation of everything I do.
Whether it’s bringing women together through Ladies Who Long Lunch, creating supportive spaces in the Common Grounds Women’s Business Network, or hosting dynamic Quirky Habits workshops, connection is at the core. I believe it’s the key to unlocking not only our mental well-being but also our fullest potential.
Laughter, for me, is the elixir of life. It’s that magical force that binds us, reminds us to let go of the small stuff, and encourages us to embrace the joy of living.
As the co-host of Ladies Who Long Lunch and coordinator of Common Grounds, I love infusing humour into every moment—even in the playful energy of my Quirky Habits Workshop, where laughter is the secret ingredient that makes everything come alive.
And then there’s mindfulness—my secret sauce that weaves it all together. When we cultivate mindfulness, we create space for connection, amplify the joy of laughter, and celebrate our beautiful quirks. It opens the door to endless possibilities and empowers us to live fully in the present moment.
These three passions aren’t just what I do—they’re who I am. Let’s connect, laugh, and grow together!
Did you know I was afraid of Public Speaking?!
Public speaking was always something I wanted to do, but stepping out of my comfort zone was not easy.
I struggled with my own “Shitty Habits”!
Look at me now!
Here I am co-hosting Ladies Who Long Lunch – out front, welcoming 160 guests.
Singing & Dancing & Loving it!
Once I embraced my own “Quirky-ness”, I found a way to not only keep up this momentum but actually amplify my dream result.
“Sustain AND Amplify” – that’s a phrase that means a lot to me now. It really feels like it describes the life I’m living. And it’s my wish for you. That’s what I’d love to share with you.
