The interactive workshop will help you learn how to identify your quirky habits & how they impact your everyday life. You will leave the workshop with tips, tricks, and tools to help you embrace your own unique quirks, and identify the emotional habits that can get in the way of your success.

We cover a range of topics that will help you develop personal growth and self awareness skills. Some of the topics covered include problem solving, communication, and creativity & mindfulness. You’ll be able to choose from a variety of tools that will help you become your best self.

The Quirky Habits Workshop is a two hour workshop, we’ll cover all the basics of quirky habits and provide plenty of time for discussion and practice.
