I’m absolutely passionate about connection – it’s the heartbeat of my life’s work. I thrive on bringing women together through various avenues like Ladies Who Long Lunch, Common Grounds Women in Business Network, and our engaging Quirky Habits workshops. To me, connection is the key to unlocking not only our mental well-being but also our fullest potential.

For me, it’s personal. I’ve discovered that I truly come alive when I’m surrounded by people, when we can share stories, laughter, and experiences. It’s in these moments of togetherness that we find common ground and form bonds that can last a lifetime.

I firmly believe that laughter is the secret ingredient that makes everything I do shine. As the co-host of Ladies Who Long Lunch, the coordinator of Common Grounds, and even in my comedic routines during the Quirky Habits Workshop, I’m all about infusing joy and humour into every moment.

The interactive workshop will help you learn how to identify your quirky habits & how they impact your everyday life. You will leave the workshop with tips, tricks, and tools to help you embrace your own unique quirks, and identify the emotional habits that can get in the way of your success.

We cover a range of topics that will help you develop personal growth and self awareness skills. Some of the topics covered include problem solving, communication, and creativity & mindfulness. You’ll be able to choose from a variety of tools that will help you become your best self.

The Quirky Habits Workshop include half day and online programs. During this time, we’ll cover all the basics of quirky habits and provide plenty of time for discussion and practice.
